How to brush with baking soda

1) It is best to pour some baking soda in a small bowl or container so that it can be removed with a couple of weeks and replaced with fresh baking soda. Day after day of rain wets the brush into the powder, because it brings up.

2) wet the toothbrush and water. You can also dampen include mouthwash to hide the taste of baking soda.

3) Dip the toothbrush in the baking powder and baking soda to get as many of their staff.

4) Brush your teeth for two minutes. Begin brushing your teeth biting surfaces first. Brush for 15 seconds or more to allow the baking soda mixed with saliva as creamy. If the dough is placed directly on the gums before allowing it to mix with the saliva can irritate the gums.

5) Brush your tongue for 20 seconds too. Many insects live on the tongue.

6) Rinse with clean water or water that is a little taste in the mouth rinse. This will give you a mouth fresh mint flavor.

Personally, I think the use of products with little or no preservatives and natural ingredients. If toothpastes contain all kinds of chemicals that can be used for allergy and canker sores or worsen the recession and enamel abrasion, using baking soda as "toothpaste powder" seems to be a good alternative to toothpaste available market. Baking soda is less abrasive and a good stain remover. It also slows the growth of bacteria that cause cavities and gum disease by raising the pH of the mouth. It is also very affordable for the whole family. If you do not like the taste of salt and would like to add fluoride to their regular oral hygiene, use fluoride rinse with baking soda and give your teeth a chance to be brushed with the less abrasive which also has many other advantages.
