Duke employees can
choose three options teeth to
provide different levels of
coverage and different ways to
choose a dentist. Duke dental plans are available to veterans who have continued their dental insurance at retirement.
All three plans cover part

Preferred Provider Option (PPO)
PPO Plan
includes no deductibles, annual maximum benefits greater than Plan A and
Plan B, and
lower negotiated procedure. These conditions can reduce out of pocket costs when
participants use in-network
dentists.
By contrast, participants in the PPO plan uses the operator. Before enrolling in a PPO
plan, you should review the network to make sure you are comfortable with the number of providers in your area. If you have not used the operator, not enroll in a PPO plan.
